Visiting my sister

As some people may not know I have to nephews the older one is Uli ( 9 years old) and my younger one Leo ( almost 5 years old). I haven't seen them for almost 4 years, ok I went for a short visit in January but nothing long so after my parents went off to Hamburg for the weekend I decided to spent the weekend at my sister's. I left Friday around noonish to first visit a friend in Wuerzburg to have lunch there. Btw they are filming the new flick with Orlando Bloom there and we saw all the preperations. We had an awesome chinese lunch and then off I went to visit my sister and it all started with the dog being sick and pucking like crazy on the way there. Seeing them was great and we went to a soccer game. He is the goalie and his team won but they were playing against a younger team

For dinner I showed them the American way of making scrambled eggs in the microwave and they were quite impressed. Next day I made hamburgers and  they all like it yeah. In the afternoon we went sledding. Summer sledding better to say but I just post some pics so everybody knows what it is. It was a lot of fun:

There is a lift that pulls you and the sled up and then you go down the hill. First I went with my younger nephew which was a surprise because he doesn't remember me at all and then the two fought who can go down with me and  so I did 3 rides with both of them:

Saturday night we went to a biker party which was ok but nothing special. Oh, there was something there was a bone-fire and all the kids were playing with the fire and I was so worried that someone would get hurt till my sister told me to finally relax: 

I was so worried that something could happen but I guess I'm still living  U.S safety standards.

Sunday was a day of relaxing after my sister is a minister in the town she lives but had her day off we couldn't really do anything in town and went to a medieval festival which almost ended up leaving the whole thing after 2 minutes after Leo didn't behave at all. But it was quite impressive what they had: Knights, dancers, jugglers and so on:
